Day-to-day Human Resources Support

We act as an extension of your company. Upholding your vision and purpose while supporting your employees and your management team on a day-to-day basis.  We are available to remotely provide HR  guidance 7 days a week, and in-house as required. We offer support on anything from general employee questions to acting as a strategic partner to guide and protect your organization.

On-Boarding and Training

Facilitate and conduct on-boarding, and orientation sessions, as well as on-going training and development, job support and skill enhancement at all levels of the organization.

Leadership Development

Coach and train new and seasoned leaders as they further develop in their careers and take on new Leadership responsibilities. Train the Trainer, feedback, documentation, delegation, accountability, creating future leaders, developing emotional intelligence for leaders.

Performance Appraisal Process

Develop and implement an employee review process creating an in-house program, or sourcing 3rd party software (Cornerstone, Success Factors etc.). Provide managers with the necessary tools and training to conduct thorough, fair and consistent reviews for all employees.

Compensation Review

We will provide you with market data and recommendations on your complete compensation package and salary bands to keep you competitive in today’s ever changing market
